The Warranty Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Warranty function including the effective execution of Warranty Management System, Data Analytics, Problem Solving.Support business in its efforts to streamline Warranty processes through development of digital innovations to remove administration workloads.Ensure all claims are processed with a high level Maintain the highest level of accuracy for all claims within area of responsibility Work directly with all vendors on warranty issues and negotiate warranty policy settlements when necessary.This opportunity is to be shared amongst the team and other internal stakeholders. Ensure a member of the warranty team is available to attend the owner's group regularly.Ensure that all team members are strictly following the workflow process and procedures for the whole warranty lifecycle.Liaise with key internal stakeholders to resolve issues in an effective and efficient way.Develop and maintain customer service standards incorporating a high level of response time.Provide technical and warranty support to customers and dealers to help troubleshoot their RV concerns.
